  • Shipping Time:
    Once shipped, delivery generally takes 7–25 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Cost Calculation:
    At checkout, we automatically calculate your shipping fee based on your delivery address and order details. This ensures a transparent and accurate rate every time.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not offer international shipping to the following areas:

  • Countries in Africa
  • Countries in Asia

We are actively working to expand our delivery coverage and hope to serve more regions in the future.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive within 6 months of the shipping date, please contact us at support@smatar.com.
Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours and assist you accordingly.
Please note that overdue inquiries (after 6 months) may not be eligible for resolution.
